As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Because each piece is handmade to order and custom-fitted, refunds are generally not available once production has started.

However, I do want every customer to be happy with their purchase, so the following applies:

Exchanges / Adjustments

If the fit is slightly off, I offer free adjustments (strap shortening / extra holes / hardware tweak).

If a remake is required due to sizing info provided incorrectly by the customer, a small remake fee may apply.

If I made a mistake in sizing or construction, the fix/remake is 100% free.

Refunds

Refunds are available before I begin production.

Once crafting has started, the order is considered custom & final.

If a piece arrives damaged during shipping, I will replace or repair it after photographic proof.

Warranty

All stitching and hardware are covered under a 6-month craftsmanship guarantee.

Normal wear (patina, minor scratches, bending of leather through use) is not considered a defect — this is part of natural leather aging.

For hygiene reasons, worn leather accessories cannot be returned.

Custom Order Terms

1. Handmade & Custom Fit

All pieces are individually handcrafted, made to order, and sized specifically for the customer. Small natural variations in leather texture and finish are part of authentic craftsmanship.

2. Production Time

Standard production time is 7–14 days before shipping. This may vary slightly depending on order volume, as I craft each piece by hand while also working full time.

3. Design Approval

For custom designs, final measurements and style details must be confirmed by the customer before production begins. Once crafting has started, changes are not guaranteed.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required before production begins.

Custom-made items are non-refundable once materials are cut.

Refunds are available only before production starts.

5. Adjustments & Fit

If the fit is slightly off, I offer free adjustments.

If incorrect sizing was provided by the customer and a remake is needed, a small remake fee may apply.

6. Hygiene Clause

For hygiene reasons, worn leather accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a craftsmanship defect.

7. Warranty

All stitching and hardware are covered for 6 months against craftsmanship defects.

Normal wear, patina, or marks from use are not considered defects.

8. Rush Orders

Express production may be available for an additional fee depending on my current workload.

9. Communication

If I need additional measurements or confirmation and cannot reach you, your production timeline may be extended until I receive a reply.

10. Photo Use

I may showcase finished pieces in my portfolio or social media unless the customer requests privacy in advance.
